xerox 7830 wont power on

Hello
I have a problem on a xerox 7830 that wont start.
After u power it on xerox green screen stays for 2 sec and then it goes dark or u can still see few lines on screen.
Tried reset button procedure, tried to change hard drive, tried to rewrite software but it is not working( it wont even start to boot from usb drive, usb stick led is off )
On the 7 segment screen from controller there is a "9".
Anyone got any idea where i should go next? Should i start with formatter board? power supply?
