Anybody else have this problem?
Client has a Phaser 3635 MFP that I set up over 2 years ago, to scan to a folder on the desktop using SMB and User and Password.
Customer took new Win 10 Update to ver 1830.
Now it won’t scan to the folder anymore?
Checked User Name and password from another PC, and I get in just fine.
Also changed port from 139 to 445 still same problem. (also changed static IP, No luck)
Disabled virus protection and firewall, still no luck?
Tried creating new share, with new user and password…no dice.
(But can access easily from another PC.)
File sharing and discovery are turned on.
Anybody have any ideas?
