docucolor 240 calibration with colorcal

good morning, when I go to calibrate the scanner of my docucolor 240 with colorcal I get the kodak gray scale error not detected. The procedure is ok. How can I solve the problem? thank you.

Review the procedure and try it again. Sounds like a user error.

in some occasions the dirt that the scanner has generates a bad reading of the test pattern, the advice is that you clean the lamp, the mirrors and verify that the reference of the white color that is in the exposure glass is not stained or damaged.
