Error code 042-326

Hi there guys iv'e had this issue past few days
Now we just installed a new IBT belt like a few months ago
Last one we had lasted about 98 months
I know there's a way to reset the NVM just trying to get some assistance on what's the value I should use to bring it up to rest it please thanks

Thanks no luck
We replaced the belt cleaned the entire IBT unit still no luck
The system still has the error and you don't get the error you'll get if the unit starts with the door open
so it's like it isn't even booting up properly
the copy print option is unavailable though.

i find that hard to believe... one thing Xerox was anal about.. was including those type procedures in the SM
