XEROX 5945 Activation Code

Dear all,
We have a Xerox 5945 which needs to enter an activation code or any other code after replacing toner. I have heard that there is a software that we should enter the serial number and meter of the machine and the software generates a code that we should enter on the machine.
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
