Hello everyone, when I do the scans, I get this error. 016.-781. How can I solve the problem? my parameters are:
ethernet settings - auto
TCP - manual
TCP IP address - 192.168.1.9
TCP subnet mask - 255.255.255.0
gateway - 192.168.1.1
frame - auto

when I scan a document from both the daft and the flat side of my docucolor 240 scanner, it gives me that error. my network is only between computer and fiery. scans open with remote scan.
