    Xerox 58xx power supply

    Hello all
    I import xerox 58xx from usa
    The usa AC is 110v
    In my location i have 220v
    Some one told me that xerox have same power supply for 110v and 220v but need to replase the fuser unit
    Is that right ???

    no totally different birds.. stop buying 110v machines

    you'll spend more in BD's .. fusers .. lvps & hvps... maybe not motors/sensors.. maybe even some harnesses than it's worth..

    Quick and dirty fix would be to buy a step down transformer.

    But you'll need to make sure it can support the current draw and also the output voltage range needs to be within spec, could be costly.
