fiery x12 says invalid licence

i got problem with my x12 fiery, when I finish to put the system software it says invalid licence, i have tried with other HD which is working very good in other x12 and it says the same invalid licence.

help me please.

Are you using the original installer system software cds that came with the x12?

yes, I got 3 original cd's

which system software version you try to install?
is bios v1.41 or v1.43?

bios 1.41 system software 1.5

bios v 1.41 do not support hdd larger then 32 GB.
So if you use HDD larger then 32 GB, that is your problem.

it came with hdd 8.4 gb and I put a 20 gb, and it has same error.

bios 1.43 how many gb has to be the hdd?

v 1.43 support hdd up to 180 GB

did you maybe install FACI kit and then you get this message?

I don't know what faci kit is, but I have done that bofore with the same cd's, and I have never seen tha error.
