Relly big problem with Docucolor 250

I have a big problem with my new machine /aproxx 25.000 impresions/

1. When I print 50% yellow or gray /cmyk print/ a problem occurs as shown in the picture attached.
http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa296/maxxs_26000/50-percent-of-yellow.jpg?t=1229786492

2. When I print 100% yellow, there are no problems whatsoever as you can see in the picture.

3. When I print the test pattern, with 50% red, gentle yellowish shades appear on the left and the right side of the sheet.

We have tried the following in order to fix this problem:

1. We have installed a new yellow developer station.
2. Upgraded the machine's software.
3. Cleaned the erase lamps and placed the lamp from the blue unit in the place of the yellow.
4. I have changed yellow with cyan and magenta drum.
5. We have done the max setup.

We tested the machine and it seemed that the problem disappeared. We made about 30 copies /50% yellow/ and it was OK. Tomorrow I tried to do the same, and the same problem appeared again.

If anyone can help, I would be very grateful, because we're truly stuck here. Thanks.

What is the size of the attached samples ?
It looks like light shock to the drum cartridge - try swapping the yellow drum cartridge or installing a new one.

We had a case down here similar to your problem. We found out that the drawer assembly had a frame skew that's preventing the whole deve tank to come in contact with the ibt belt. You might want to check the frame, put some extra pressure on the yellow deve and see what happens (having a visual look will not help solve the problem)

developer bias went once. Changed the DV housing = good copies for a bit. Then it came back
