    wc 4150 exit jams

this 4150 jams right at the exit roller. the paper is 95% out of the machine, so it has got to be timing, right? at first it was only thick paper, but now regular paper is jamming too. i replaced the feed rollers and cleaned the exit roller with no change. do the exit rollers require a pm replacement? is there something i am overlooking? please help. thanx
