Xerox Docucolor 250 diagnostic tool software,
I need Xerox Docucolor 250 diagnostic tool software,
I got the service manual but I need the diagnostic tool software in order to be able to go PWS mode to clear the error.

By the way how can I set NVM 744-156 to 0 in order to clear 010-324

Docucolor 250 010-324 reset
hi please see below and folow
To enter the CE mode:
  1. <LI id=svc.olym.0000088025>Press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds, then while still holding down the 0 key, press the Start button.
    The CE Access Number screen will appear.
    <LI id=svc.olym.0000088032>Enter 6789 and press Confirm.
  2. The topmost area of the UI display will be reversed to let the user know that the mode has changed to the CE mode .
  3. then selcet NVM Read Write and enter appropriate chain and function code.

Above instruction is correct. However you need to reset 744-352 to 0 for error code 010-324. If the same fault occurs, do NVM initialization on IOT only
