M20i light copies
I got M20i that makes good prints but the copies are light.I cleaned the scanner and the laser and no luck.I then replaced the scanner,ros,drum and the main pwb and still no luck. Did someone had this problem

Check if
toner save mode
is activated in the copy mode.
In case it is, just reprogram as "text" (you can do it from the operator's menu, no need to enter into diagnostics).

The toner save is off and i also replaced the lvps and still no luck
