I think I am figuring this out slwly but surely - I think the MCU board is bad on this copier. It is not sending the signal to the toner drives to begin the process.

When the message "Xerograpghic system problem" is displayed on the control panel, if I open the toner door and firmly pull out and reseat toner cartridges, then close toner door, message goes away.
But just the same when I try to copy the copier feeds the orginal but then nothing except the grpahical display showing ppaper going through path that is not for as long as I let it go
