Xerox WC 7665 09-548 Xerographic prob exists
When I power up I see a message Xerographic problem exists.
So I power down copier, check the toners, check the drums, reseat, power up and message on control panel gone. Press make copy and machine just goes into limbo, showing graphic of paper going through copier on display, nothing happens.
Delete job, go to web ui and login via IE. It states a fault code 09-548 exists. Look on Xerox site under fault codes and none exist like that. And that fault code does not appear on the control panel.
Anyone got the fix on this irritant? Machine has only 20K total clicks and is like new.

fuser unit check
looks completely normal great condition no paper gears food on fuser mod

yes - the fuser gets plenty hot. The message on display will come up "Xerographic system problem" power down and off it will go away yest paper will not begin feeding from tray when you try to make a copy. And when I go to internet explorer and type in IP address I see "system fault code 09-548 copy or print functions not available"

can you enter in dignostic and see in fault history which fault is most recent

I looked in my EDOC and there isn't an error code listed for 09-548. That would seem to be a Xerographic issue but no code listed

latest fault code
the latest error code is 20.331.00 next is 03.338.00 which don't say anyhing except color control comm failure power off wait three minutes power on which does zero to fix it.
display reads "There is a problem with the Xerographic sysstem call for assistance"

when I log in to 7665 form Internet here is what it says about ststem status:
09-548 - cannot print or copy
There is problem with the Xerographic system. User intervention is required to Power Off/Power On the machine. If the problem persists, Xerox Service is required. Copying and Printing are not available.

ESS PWB detected a communication failure between IIT and ESS. (IIT-ESS Communication
Fail 19.)
Procedure
If powering OFF then ON does not resolve the problem, perform the following:
1. Check ESS PWB and IIT/IPS PWB connections
2. Reinstall the software.
3. If the above actions do not resolve the problem, replace ESS PWB. (PL 11.5)
