I currently have a Xerox Workcentre Pro 45 which has stopped printing from the network. The network controller still ping on the network but will nor connect to the copier. I have tried swapping the firewire cable at both the copier and network controller end in all possible configurations with no success other than the copier wouldn't startup and eventually requested a restart. Anyone have any idea what this could be caused by?
Try to change first Fire Wire cable between NC and mashine after that try to change PCI Firewire PWB on SIP and in NC .
If you have ping there is no problem with system software .
Don't load system software version above your system software version should be 4.xxx.xxx.xxx or 3.xxx.xxx.xxx
Thanks, Already tried to change the Firewire cards in the Network Controller and the Main machine body.Also tried a few different firewire cables in both of the ports of each firewire card
Then try to reload system software but you have to use altboot method and you have to know the first number of SS version and you have to load the same
