Xerox 240 toner issue

I have a xerox 240 that is dropping yellow toner all overany sheet i print in 4-color - i have changed the yellow drum, the fuser, a check to see if the ibt belt was clean but still the same problem - any ideas what next?

You need to vac-clean the y-deve tank (beside the y-drum) just underneath it. better yet, replace the y-deve (if its really full of y-toner) and clean all deve's underneath. this will help

clean the dev yellow, check the value of atc sensor yellow and try to adjust using maintenance/diagnostic for atc sensor adjusment.
