Thanks for your reply. I cannot access the Service Mode!!!!!!!!!!!
When I power on the printer, this is what I see on the screen:

On this screen the only options available to me are the following: "Stored Programming" "Language" "Setup Menu"
go to service mode. hold down 0 (zero) for 5 secs, don't release then press start. enter password 6789 -confirm. press login/out button. press systems settings/systems settings/common settings/ maintenance diagnostics/nvm read write. enter the nvm value- read, change the value to 0 and save. then exit or close until the machine will reboot by itself (dont turn off the machine using power switch)
You have error 093-317 = Dispensing Faults.
Enter the diagnosis, as colleague said and reset 762-315 to 0.
If you can not get into the diagnostics, perform GP1 Forced HDD Format.
Do you have the service manual? Codes to activate the software options? (If something goes wrong).
If GP1 you do not help, turn off the machine, disconnect the scanner cable between the ess and the scanner. Reboot the machine.
You'll get error 16-311. Ignore this error. Enter diagnostics and continue to troubleshoot the 093-317 problem.
Finally, turn off the machine and hang scanner cable.
Success!
Thank you so much for you reply.
Using your instructions, I disconnected the scanner and turned on the printer. Just like you said, I'm now getting error code 016-311.
But how do I enter diagnostics mode? No matter what I do, the screen always stays at "All Services".
To answer your question, I don't have the service manual. No one seems to have a copy! If I have the service manual I would try to perform GP1 Forced HDD Format. Even though I don't know what that is.
Here's a short video clip of the screen after I power on the printer:

To enter diagnostics mode:
Press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds, then press the Start button (while still holding down the 0 key).
The Access Number screen will appear, Enter 6789 and press Confirm.
Press the Log In/Out button on the UI (Control panel button from your picture).
The System Settings screen appears.
Select System Settings.
Select Common Settings.
Select Maintenance/Diagnostics.
Select NVM Initialization.
Enter 762-315 and reset to 0.
Great video. Do new video with my instructions to enter diagnostics.
Press and hold the 0 button...
