You have error 093-317 = Dispensing Faults.
Enter the diagnosis, as colleague said and reset 762-315 to 0.
If you can not get into the diagnostics, perform GP1 Forced HDD Format.
Do you have the service manual? Codes to activate the software options? (If something goes wrong).
If GP1 you do not help, turn off the machine, disconnect the scanner cable between the ess and the scanner. Reboot the machine.
You'll get error 16-311. Ignore this error. Enter diagnostics and continue to troubleshoot the 093-317 problem.
Finally, turn off the machine and hang scanner cable.
    Success!

Thank you so much for you reply.

Using your instructions, I disconnected the scanner and turned on the printer. Just like you said, I'm now getting error code 016-311.

But how do I enter diagnostics mode? No matter what I do, the screen always stays at "All Services".

To answer your question, I don't have the service manual. No one seems to have a copy! If I have the service manual I would try to perform GP1 Forced HDD Format. Even though I don't know what that is.
