DCC 400 color missing

i Have one imari DCC 400 sometime color will missing CMY ,when print more 20 copy at one time .any solution ? thanks

i had replied ur email..solve problem?one more thing u can do little rectification on which hardware goes wrong...after press start 7 seconds check the ibt belt any image ?if yes ,then problem should lies on ROS,HVPS and Deve wire harness P.L 9.3 items 2.

G'day,mate.This may not determined the problem as according to CK1 sometimes CYM is missing.There's a change it may not registered on the ibt belt when you stop the machine approximately 7 seconds after you depress the start key.Since black and gray tone is not mention on this thread ,you should troubleshoot and check CYM Drum Drive assembly (particular the motor/motor controller and gears).Make sure ,ESS and LVPS in good working conditions.My opinion mechanical parts (CYM Drum Drive Assembly) be troubleshoot first.Observe and cheers

i also no know what happen ,after i change the DV & Tank due to uneven print .the problem no come back
