DC3535 Creo not printing

I have dc3535 with Creo Spire v1.0 and it's not printing in LAN,the jobs are not received on Spire it won't work with crossover also.I have correct ping reply from LAN card.When I'm trying to print test page directly from Creo everything is OK

did you install with the correct driver? are you able to see thge printer in network neighbourhood

davidj7 yes it's correct driver and the printer is visible in network neighbourhood

if printer driver is correct then submitted jobs should be seen on spire, which queue did you select process_store or spool_store.

it's on default settings,but I've solve the problem,just turned off the windows firewall

what's the difference between process_store and spool_store?
