Is there a way to get around the 4mb file size restriction on this box?
Maybe a firmware upgrade?

In addition to attachment sizes of 1, 2, 3 & 4mb, attachment file sizes of 6, 10 & 12 mb can now be selected. Follow the special instructions to make the additional attachment sizes available.

2. Select Sytsem Admin Tools
3. Press Enter
4. Select Clear Memory
5.Press Enter
6. Select System Data
