XEROX WorkCentre C2424 color auditor

My customer has a C2424 that can print B/W and color fine. It can copy B/W fine. But when they go to copy color, they get a color auditor. She says she has tried different codes, but will not let her in. I am guessing like other brands, there is a way to shut off auditor or reset the code. Any help would be appreciated.

you can lock in to system setting to off the auditor mode br press the system setting key in 11111 then press system setting go to sysyem administrator then go to audi mode off it then the m/c will ni ask u for the pw
