    DC12 problem

    the DC 12 says "turn the power to the printer ON DC12"
    And on FieryXP12 says "Turn copier power off and on"

    I did it a hundred times and nothing,checked cable but still not working!
    Please help me I have a lot of job and its urgently!

    I found in the searches, a little rushed I am in this post! But now I have another problem with the printer image we come without a blue color, seems to have a problem now dispenser blue

    I think You have a Hardware problem!

    Some times it gives a bad contact true MotherBoard.
