I can get pws to connect to the M24 any ideas??

check the com port number of your usb to serial cable and match it to the com port of pws

Check Version of Diagnostic Tool
Check the version of your diagnostic tool if forcing the USB> serial converter to Com 1 doesn't do it. Latest for EPC is 3.10
