full coverage prints and roller marks on 242

There is what looks like a flat place on a roller every 4.75 inches perpindicular to the paper path on full coverage prints. It does not show up when you run other color copies that are not full coverage.
what roller could cause that?

also a band of lighter coverage about .75 inches wide down the center of the print in the same direction as the paper path. just changed out the black drum unit, but the band of lighter coverage was there before changing the black drum.

any ideas?
