Hi There has any one come across this fault on a 7132 the paper feeds from tray 2 or 3 on a tandem tray module and stops as it actuates tray 2
feedout sensor. i have replaced feed clutch/takeaway clutch, feed motor, tray 2 feedout sensor and Mcu plus initilised IOT nvm. The feed rolls are the black type and the are ok and i changed the lower left hand door.
The sensor checks out in diagnostics.I had a similar fault on a C123 which end the end i just unplugged the tandem trays and made the customer use it from just tray 1 .
