reset web interface Xerox M24 password ?

Hi,
Our Customer changed the Web Interface password on a Xerox M24. How can I change this without knowing this password? I have access to the panel, but not through the Internet Services. I can log in, but can not change anything.

try log in svs mode then change the admin pw

Hi John,
The Admin password is the 11111 in the access mode. Are you talking about somewhere else? I don't have a laptop to clear it.
