Hi i have a problem with a C2424 workcentre the display has power as the back liight is on but no information, i replaced the display but still same fault is there some master reset i can do or can anyone point me how to fix this issue? thanks

Faulty displays are common on the solid ink machines. I'd try a 2nd display just in case you got another defective one then change out the electronics module.
