DC12 Fiery X12 Calibration problem

I am using Fiery X12 1.5 SP2. My problem is I can't print the comparison page. When I try to calibrate (expert mode), after measuring the page fiery asks "Print Comparison Page" and when I select YES it exits from calibration to function screen. Comparison page is not printing and calibration is incomplete. But in standard mode I am able to calibrate. Previously I am able to print comparison page in expert mode. No other communication problems with DC12. Printing, scanning, test page everything fine.

Please help me to solve my problem.
Thanks in advance

Rajeev

Who cares about the comparison page, tell it not to print the comparison and apply calibration should work fine

Yes, that's correct. But I am afraid that any software errors occurred in my fiery unit.

Is the firey still working? Make sure you have the correct paper loaded in the trays, this dosen't seem like a software issue

Yes. Fiery working fine. In setup calibration I select Tray 5. When fiery ask 'print comparison page' I select yes. But nothing is happening and it automatically exits from calibration before completing calibration process.

Have you tried from any other tray? I've problems printing anything from tray 5, though I expect to get this solved, I calibrate from tray 2 on normal paper (bond) and doing the comparison page is no problem. DC12 with Fiery X12, same as yours I think

Unhappy

I tried Tray 5 (Normal, ExH & heavy weight), tray 1 (normal) and tray 4 (Normal & heavy weight) same result.

I don't have the installation CD to reinstall the system software

Thanks
