xerox 440dc please help

output tray full failure

if you have H16-2 and H16-3 fault codes. Output tray not moving.
then it it is caused by the offset motor underneath the tray, most probably been knocked out of position. loosen two nuts underneath try and clip back in motor.
If you have H112 codes or H36 then you most probably got worn teeth on the kicker motor.
These are the most common faults on the finisher.
