IBT belt too long error code...i had replaced a whole ibt assy but code still persists and belt will tear after machine starts ...any solution?

either one of the developer not seated properly that will disrupt the rotation of ibt belt. or the ibt cleaner is clogged.

IBT Belt home fail too long. Try clean the sensor of IBT

after this problem happen, i always do one more steps is each times replace developer make sure insert drum cartridge and confirm smooth ...if any stuck half way do not try turn on machine and reinstall developer assy again.
