Well, it has come to this.
I need to fix this error, and just powering off does not do it. Is it possible to reset this through the control panel, or does it take a pws?

It seems the lift motor is burned out. I hear it lowering when it should, but when it is supposed to lift back up, nothing happens.
Anyone have a good source on the part? Or other suggestions?

I've had thе same problem. The gear which is directly on the motor was broken. When the tray is with paper it is to congested for the broken gear and could not rotate. (the motor is same as the motor from wc m24's tray 5,and dc3535 also)
Sorry to bring back a old thread. But does anyone have the part number for the motor
You can just replace the small gear on the motor. This gear often cracks causing it to spin freely on the motor shaft.
Replace it with this gear: Part # 655N00367
