Yes I know some solutions in this forum, but don't have the right wcps diagnostics navigator for the c3545. I hoped you could help me with that.
This is very weird. My touchscreen sometimes worked! But mostly not... What can that be? a dusty connection? I can see the touchscreen but I can't push the buttons.
My didn't work at all. I also tried to clean it but no success... I believe you should order a new one,

Mostly it is dirt under the Cover. Disassemble the whole touchunit, clean the touch and also the silver metal part (it is the groundconnector), reassemble. Reboot the device and recalibrate the touchscreen.
Solution to touch screen problem may help but 75 % i just replace the dam thing.
First reseat the molex connection going into the back of the machine you can see it the gray harness coming out of the scanner going into the back of the ESS.
If this does not work try calibration switch of machine . Then whilst holding 0,1 and 3 buttons down switch on machine untill calibration points are shown. Touch these points with a pen. this should now calibrate.

- remove touch screen, disassemble it, clean everything (clean contacts with alcohol), put it back.
- calibrate (0,1,3).

99% you have to change the whole UI... i have replaced at least 30pcs in last year...
