Xerox DocuCentre-II 2055 error 016-315

Hello

I have a DocuCentre-II 2055 in the field with error 016-315 on the display. I have replaced the IOS PWB(scan PCB) but this has not cleared this error. I do not have the service manual so cannot look up this code & solution. Any help would be appreciated.

the code is iit interface fail try the ess n iit pwb if still cant my advice is clear the nvm for all

I cannot identify the parts you suggested above. Do you have the parts diagram you could post or perhaps part numbers or even a clearer description of the location of the PWBs?

Hi guys

I have replaced the iis & ess PWBs & now have a 124-315 error. I will try initializing the NV ram next. Any other suggestions?
