ello friends, I wonder if anyone has any suggestion to the problem in clear xerox copies of 5016, since the unit replaces the original image, but the problem persists. I took a copy with the original cover open and the copies come out gray.
transfer problem and not because I verified the image on the drum and this clear. is not a problem in the exhibition because this machine is connected to the computer and the impressions coming from the computer is also claras.nao have manual for this equipment. I'm waiting for aid.

take out toner auger development and vacumn all remaining toner then install new drum catridge..waitin' your reply

this gear is in the developer machine or drive image? the drive in this machine is new. I'm waiting for more help
