    Xerox Workcentre 238

    Machines Display Reads "System unavailable do not power down until the power down messages appears"
    Stays stuck in this mode. Anybody know something I can try to reboot it. Seems like the hard drive has failed.

    Is there any fault code? Can you enter diagnostic?

    possible NVM software module failure or SIP board i would try the NVM module first then the SIP board.

    NVM module problem. try reload system software and reinstall NVM from MRD.
