Service Connection DC 5000

Hi,

We have problem to connect to DocuColor 5000, we have diagnostic tools but we do not know, how to conect to this machine -serial, USB or Ethernet?? (we dont have edoc). Maybe somebody knows how to connect to this machine

conect with ethernet cable. strait cable normaly we use for networking.

dude if you are playing without edoc . i would suggest you make a back up of alll nvm 's. just incase.

Why do you need to connect the pws?

First we wanted to read HFSI counters for machine we have it in stock. Second we want to sell this machine but all potential customers want to have with service agreement. So maybe we can exchange edocs for DC 5000)
