Scanner Disconnected

Hello, i have a Xerox 8560 MFP thats displaying Scanner Disconnected. I have checked this connection and it's seem to be fine.I have disconnected and reconnected it but the same problem. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

I think the scanner is defective 062K22930. (First make sure that the scanner head isn't locked)

If it's not that, then go with electronics module or the scanner power supply might be bad, but those are rare.
