I have Splash G610 which suddenly stopped to print. In Direct TCP/IP window I can see that the whole time the job is receiving and on customer's computer when the job had to be send it's restarted with error and sending begins again. Also on Splash Server Window is message that there is 0 MB available from 6GB.
The system is in German which is more difficulty for me.Tried to delete some files from spool folder and for beginning I had 500MB available but this free MBs dissapeared.
Also Error: -34 was shown few times.

Anyone to help?


ps. also I think that the customers had changed something, but he don't know what and don't want to admit
