Xerox Document Centre C320 error 006-380

    Hello

I have a C320 in the field displaying error 006-380 after the copier was reassembled after a service. I removed the PCUs, transfer unit, laser lense, developer units & toner units, cleaned & reassembled.
What does this code indicate & how would I resolve the issue? I do not have a manual for this model.

    Any help appreciated.

    Clif

    Thanks CopyTech200X

I did remove the laser unit so I'll check the connectors.

Did the laser end up being the problem here? I am having the same problem with this code on a 1632 Docucolor. It worked great, we moved it and now code? Frustrating.

I took the board out and found a burn on the incoming side of the power flow.
