Xerox 4110 band on print

Hi guys, I have a Xerox 4110 that has a double band on the print. It show up on every page, every time on a different location. It's about an inch wide and perpendicular to the print direction. I've put in a new drum and transfer belt. Please find the picture (sorry yes, and actual picture, not a scan) of a print attached... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
