DC 3535 booting faild

Hi every one,

I have problem in DC 3535 booting up with fault code 102-372 at the end. the first booting circle flashing for about 8 minutes and the fault code appear.

I have replace ESS NVM,RIS RAM,ESS PWB,MCU PWB,MCU NVM,HDD,...

in this condition I can't establish to the machine for upgrade. with holding power save bottom in powering up machine never goes to upgrade mode.

Please advise me.

When you replaced ESS PWB, did you remove the MAC ROM from the old ESS PWB and reinstall it on the new PWB?

Hi bojans,
Thanks for replay.
I changed the mention spares (ESS PWB,NVM ,...)with another good machine step by step,but the fault didn't clear and now I have the same problem in the second machine.
Would you please advise.
