Your gonna have to excuse me a bit, I know copiers but am not very familiar with xerox. Apparently a tech before had input a code (i assume reload MRD) and it worked but when the machine is powerd off it happens again.
      I do have a mnv password 050K67550
      Thnx

Machine Resident Disk (MRD) is a diskette with NVM values from that machine. It should be at back of the machine. After you find it you'll need xerox program to restore a current NVM saved file to the machine from the Machine Resident Disk.

At first you would need program called PWS, and then Diagnostic tool for your machine. It's xerox proprietary and you can't get it if you're not authorized.

                    You have a NVM corrupt.
Do you know how to enter diagnostic mode from UI?
