DC 2060 Tray 3 Faulted

Hy, I have problem with tray 3 on 2060. I't wont lift the plate with paper! Machine change tray 3 in gray color and says that Tray 3 is faulted (7-283 Tray 3 Broken RAP), Problem appeard in middle of print job.
Servicer told me to clean all sensors in tray 3, and i did it. I even inspect all sensor with PWS and all of them are working! Next thing to check is Lift motor, (24V 1A with reduction),
I didn't manage to inspect it in PWS, i don't know why..?! But I open back cover of feeder and disassemble lift motor, my electrician test it and say that motor is working just fine! So next i guess is PHS Driver PWB, Butt question of all questions is what if PWB is working, what can i do next? Can i do something in PWS? are NVM Values have something to do with it? Firmware update od something?

Check tray 3 stack height sensor if it was out of position.
