WorkCentre Pro C2128 communication problem encountered HELP PLZ

Hi,
First, thank for your board it's help to solve a first fault on this copier.

But now it's more dificult for me.
as you see in the title i have a comunication error problem.

I read the board and check the battery (voltage 0.9v) and change it.

The battery it's new but can't perform a DC133 and DC105.
I have this error in WCPS when i try to do it.

I use WCPS 01.02.029 form WC32_40 install
Can you help me to solve this problem or can somebody have the good version .

Hi,

I find the solution, it' windows 7 probleme.
I have put WCPS in XP compatibility mode and all is ok now.
