Xerox Color 560 new machine need help convert from sold to meter toner

Hello

ordered wrong toner(sold) from xerox and now i need to change serviceplan back to meter,the nvm is READ only, dont know how to change them...

any one know how? and can help me plz

switch the rf chips and you will be fine

You need to check your Page Pack status - go into maintenance and sheck under Page Pack.
If it says you have no contract, you can only use 'sold' toner - in this case you will need a new PIN from Xerox to accept contract toner.
Swapping RFID chips will only work for a short time.

I have used the same rf chip over and over again on 240 and they have never failed

there is no one that having the new page pack code generator program from xerox ? need it for many machines so i cant call xerox every time want to convert a machine from sold to meter...
