there is no way for this without change chip.
if you can change the service plan (tools), you never see the xero. change message.
this option needs the password.

You can buy chip, but that drum won't last long. It's made for certain number of copies.

if unusual matter not happen for drum surface and charge wire we can trim the drum unit and change the chip with any Q.C problem.
