    FujiXerox DCIII-3007 jamming

    Hi friends,
I am stuck on this machine, can somebody suggest a solution?
When a command is given for copy or print, the paper go past through fuser & heads straight for the upper tray instead of the bottom standard output tray & jams. When I change the output destination tray as the upper or the left outer tray, it is fine, but when I change the output tray as standard tray, it jams.
I have a feeling the junction gate is not working, could it be any solonoid? Can someone suggest as to what component control should I check & how do we check this?
I am new to Xerox machines, so need some help.
    Thanks in anticipation.
    JASPI.
