Xerox Hong Kong No Spare Parts for service.

I want to order Xerox DocuCentre III C2200 Harddisk for service. Where can I have it. As Xerox Hong Kong has no keep spare parts for service after 2 years . I dont know how they can maintenance their customer in Hong Kong. Thanks & Best Regards

Thanks for your reply, does it need to install any software or configation . as I don't have any firmware related to it. could you tell me some informations for hardisk installation.As I usually repair ricoh and canon. Thanks
