Xerox 232 Scanning option gone
Hi Guys,
I have a Xerox Workcentre Pro 232 where the scanning button is gone.
I replaced the controller on the back and enabled the scan option.
The option was back again and worked fine for a couple of hours.
After a couple of hours the scanning option was gone again and the scanning didn't work anymore.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Look at the Network controller. I had a 238 that the customer some how broke the firewire cable. After replacing the cable, the network controller spontaneously rebooted 2-3 times before it was solid, and then network scanning and scan to email were gone. Had to re-enter the enablement codes to get them back.
You may need to alt-boot the NC. Sorry.
