hello everyone

i have xerox work centre pro c3545 It displays : communication problem encountered when turned on.

when i run wcps diagnostic navigator, it display :

CCM Reset Code 03-338

I saw in some forum that I can initialize the machine and used it as normal running. but as soon as I stop and I switched on, the machine must reset.

please can someone explain me how the operation to intilize the machine and use it to copy?
